This Privacy Policy explains how Mark DiMercurio, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when you visit markdimercurio.com or register for one of our educational webinars. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and we never sell your personal information.
Who We Are & Scope
Mark DiMercurio, LLC operates the website at markdimercurio.com and its educational webinar and content programs. SMS & Text Messaging
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Mark DiMercurio, LLC related to your webinar registration — including confirmations, reminders, and event access — and, where you separately opt in, follow-up messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registering for a webinar or of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (see Section 06), and they may not use it for their own marketing.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) pixel — to operate the site, measure advertising and webinar performance, and attribute registrations to their source. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site functions.
Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on trusted providers to operate our site and communications. They process your information solely to provide services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing:
- n8n — workflow automation that routes registration and lead data to the providers below.
- Livestorm — webinar hosting and attendee access.
- Resend — email delivery.
- Calendly — appointment scheduling.
- Wealthbox — client relationship management and records.
- Meta — advertising and analytics.
Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices. As stated in Section 04, mobile opt-in and SMS-consent data is never shared for third-party marketing.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With the service providers described in Section 06, to operate our services;
- As required to comply with law, regulation, or securities-industry recordkeeping and supervision requirements;
- With our broker-dealer, Concorde Investment Services, LLC, as required for compliance supervision; and
- Where necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping obligations. Communications related to our securities business, including chat-assistant conversations, may be required to be retained for several years. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. California residents, under the CCPA/CPRA, have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — note that we do not sell your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise any of them, contact us using Section 14.
How to Opt Out
- Email: click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
- SMS: reply STOP to any text message.
- Phone: ask the representative to remove you from contact.
- All communications: email info@markdimercurio.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
We honor opt-out requests promptly. Opting out of marketing or educational content will not stop transactional messages required to deliver an event you are actively registered for (for example, the access link or a same-day reminder).
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our website and webinars are intended for adults 18 years of age or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our service providers, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a notice on the site.
